LEISTUNG SLU, hereinafter the MANAGER, is responsible for processing the client’s personal data and hereby informs the User that the data will be processed in compliance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December (LOPDGDD), and provides the following information related to processing:

2. OBLIGATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER

All data requested via the website are required, as they are necessary to provide an optimum service to the User. Pursuant to the applicable regulations on personal data protection, the MANAGER is in compliance with all provisions of the GDPR for handling the personal data under their responsibility, and specifically with the principles described in article 5 of the GDPR, by which they are handled legally, loyally and transparently with regard to the affected individual, and adequate, pertinent and limited as necessary to the purposes for which they are handled.
The MANAGER guarantees that appropriate technical and organisational policies have been implemented to apply the security measures established in the GDPR to protect the User’s rights and liberties, and that the necessary information to exercise said rights has been provided to them.
